With “many” nodules

Nodules (inflammatory lesions) with a diameter of 5 mm or greater

Nodules that have become suppurative or hemorrhagic

Acne Unresponsive to conventional therapy, including systemic antibiotics

Both intermittent & continuous Low-dose regimen are very well tolerated & effective

However, a continuous low-dose regimens is slightly superior in compliance to the treatment and lower risk of relapse
